Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms and swimwear unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our fashion team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization
  3. Package Your Item(s) – Securely pack in original packaging with tags attached
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our Oklahoma City address using a trackable method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process
